Chart / diagram issue with dynamic tables

How can i "auto hide the" values/names on X row when there is no actual value in the table this is based on?

    Capture.PNG

I have made an dynamic table but due to the values it's not possible to have an proper chart showing the correct values due to the commodities changing places due to **** value and sort by function. I wish only to show the commodities that have an actual value, the rest must not be shown
I wish to show the values for the commodities on each trade "SAM / EUR / FE" etc.

One way is to filter your data with zero values away.

Thanks yours, but that does not solve the problem with the names on the x curve because if the values are zero, the names are still showing and they are taking up unnecessary space.

If you filter the zero values away, the names will not show.

    Book1.xlsx

Attached is the sample work book, the chart is based on the "count" value.
The plan is also to create same chart for "Amount" and "Settled" as well.

I have also tried to create a dynamic table in order to have the blanks removed, but i do not know how to have these included in a chart which is dynamic (see sheet two)

Your workbook is full of circular references. I have converted formulas in Sheet1 as values. Added a helper column to sum up all Count columns, turn on the filter and filter out the "0" values.

Re: Chart / diagram issue with dynamic tables

Thank you, but the commodity types you removed may come in later on from a pivot table which is updated from an database. If the commodities are set (bars, Beams etc) then these new values will not come in.

On sheet two i made the summary with dynamic table, but i cant get it presentable in a diagram.

Also, the help column you added is summing up all the values for the specific commodity, but as you van see from the header of each trade, there are actually three different tables in one (Count, Amount and Settled) - these are three different.

As described previously, i want to have a diagram that does not show zero values and commodities but if value/commodities have new value, they are updated accordingly. The commodity list from the first workbook is static and will not change, but i need to have the possibility that their values increases

    Hope you understand
