Hi I am plotting some data and some labels are represented with less than 1%. This shows as 0% on my graph. Is it possible to show it in permilles?

Welcome to the forum.
There are instructions at the top of the page explaining how to attach your sample workbook.
A good sample workbook has just 10-20 rows of representative data that has been desensitised. It also has expected results mocked up, worked examples where required, relevant cells highlighted and a few explanatory notes.

I have attached a working example
Pleae explain the term 'promile'.
If 1 percent is 1/100, permille is 1/1000.
Another solution that would satisfy my requirements is to display 0.9% for example
'Permille' is NOT the word you used in your title or opening post!!!
It was a typo. No need to use exclamation points. In my previous reply I have explained what I meant. I have also edited the original question.

I shall use exclamation marks if I choose! And they were perfectly apt. I wasted time Googling 'promile' in order to try and help you.
Good luck with this.
So you are not helping me because I made a mistake. "Promile" was the first translation of the word from my language that I found hence I used it. You pointed out my mistake and I corrected it. If you decide to help me I will find it really helpful. Otherwise thanks a lot and have a nice day.

I am not helping because your response was ill-mannered, not because you made a mistake.
Take more care over your titles and opening posts in future - what you say there is CRUCIAL to your helper understanding your query and being able to help you. It is far from trivial.
Maybe this:
=IF(100*A2/$L$2<1,ROUND(10*100*A2/$L$2,1)&"?",ROUND(100*A2/$L$2,1)&"%")
copied across... and use the values displayed there in your chart labels.

You can change the Label Options formatting category from General to Number to show decimal places in the percentages.
You're welcome...
