Pivot table dialog box

Hey guys,

I have a question. When I want to create a pivot table in excel I have there "create table dialog box" (see on image), where I can choose from which data source I want my data import. However, my colleague hasn't it. Are there any special settings in excel (something she needs to change in her excel settings or options) to allow her this kind of dialog box? We have both excel 2019, so it is not probably by the version of excel.

no, no settings but If he is working off a smaller screen it is possigble that he only sees Tables and hs to click thet to get the from table/range etc options
