Trying without success to add a Goal line in a chart

Hello, as the title says, I am trying to get a "GOAL" Line to display in several different charts. There are a total of 15 different charts - 5 per Department. Each chart represents data of the following categories across a 6 week period:

*Let Down
*Loading
*Order Selection
*Put Away
*Receiving

There are 6 different tabs - 3 Department chart tabs and 3 Department Data tabs. The Chart tabs pick up select data from the Data tabs which ultimately is what is displayed in the charts. On each chart tab, in columns J and K, that is the Goal column for each category in the departments. Most have 95 as their goal and one has 100. I've been asked to implement this Goal Line into each chart but I have no idea how to do it based on the layout that I have as I am really not familiar with charts overall as I seldom have to use them.

I have attached the file without the macros for a little more simplicity. Any help is always appreciated!
