Moving a Series on the Secondary Axis to the Background

The attached spreadsheet has a table with a list of people and buckets for how long it takes them to do certain tasks.

I have the table data plotted on a clustered column chart, and since the average number of days dominates the numbers, I put it on the secondary axis. The I adjusted the overlap and gap so the bar for the average is as wide as the people on the X-axis.

As presented, there is NO fill and a solid black outline. This is acceptable. However, I'd like to show it behind the other bars with some shading. I was wondering if there is a way to accomplish this.

One spreadsheet to rule them all. One spreadsheet to find them. One spreadsheet to bring them all and at corporate, bind them.

A picture is worth a thousand words, but a sample spreadsheet is more likely to be worked on.

    See attached

It's just a question of using a solid fill colour and playing around with the transparency. This one is 50% but change to suit.

Richard, thanks for the response. I arrived at a different workaround, but I was looking for a means to set transparency. I will keep this one in "my hip pocket."

It was slow and painful to do, but I reversed all the series. I had to change all the other series to secondary axis and the average to the primary axis

So you've learned that primary axis series are plotted underneath secondary axis series?
