    chart to show the submitting Vs Target

    Hi Experts

    Your support is highly appreciated I want to represent in a chart to show the submitting the report before 12 PM (Target Date) in daily/monthly base .What is the best way to do it.

    The best way to do things is often subjective, although in the case of a chart those that display the data in a way that is easy to understand, such as column charts, might be said to be the best.
    In order to produce a clustered column chart that can be easily understood two columns are added to the source data.
    On Time: =(A2<=D2)+0
    Late: =(A2>D2)+0
    The data is then referenced by a pivot table.
    [Optional] The Target Date field is dragged into the Values area and summarized by count.
    A pivot chart is then produced.

    Many thanks but see in G6,G7 and G8 should be not late because Submit Time before 12 PM can you check it

    I had changed A6:A8 from AM to PM so that you could see how the chart would look if there were reports that were submitted late.
    Change those three date/times back to AM and then refresh the pivot table to see how the chart looks with the data that was originally submitted.
