I have some YTD data and am looking for the averages and the total of the average of some call times to include ACD and ACW. The pivot shows the average ACW correctly and it shows the average ACD correctly but when I try to have a column in the pivot to give me the SUM of the averages ACW and ACD it appears to give me some form of SUM not total of the average
An example is Jan
Avg ACD Time=405
Avg ACW Time= 113
Average of Total= Should be 518 not 2071
The calculated field only Sum Value.
You may change Summarize value field by to Sum, Average, Count, etc. but the calculated field still use Sum value.
To do the Average, Count Field is needed at database column Q, fill all values to 1.
Then calculated field
=('Avg ACD Time'+'Avg ACW Time')/Count
