    Power query, vlookup and formula

    Hi

I am kind a kind asking for:

    1. Formula to calculate cumulative balances on the Journal sheet which is produced using Power Query.

    2. To produce individual customers statement using information from the Journal sheet (excel formula) on the Individual Account Balance sheet.

Please take note that I am still learning Power Query. I have attached excel sheet.

    Thank you.

    Regards,

    Sunboy

Re: Power query, vlookup and formula

In the attached, the query Statement has been altered and a function fnBalance added.
I've used the Customer Code to id the customer, not their name. In order to get an exact match to your manually entered expected results I had to change Henry's customer code in the Receipt table from 3 to 2.
This was done in haste so it's not going to be the most elegant of solutions.
