Question Removing Values with No Data

I have data that is situated in a horizontal fashion. (see attachment). I want to show the Row and its corresponding values going down but only show the values labels for those that are not blank. I think if you will look at my attachment, it will make sense. Is this doable in a pivot table? Note that in my real file have many, many columns. I want to eliminate those that are blank for that row header. The highlighted values are the ones that I am referring to, but this will change based on the data.

Ok, with Power Query here is the Mcode and the file for your review.

Please Login or Register to view this content.
Power Query is a free AddIn for Excel 2010 and 2013, and is built-in functionality from Excel 2016 onwards (where it is referred to as "Get & Transform Data").

It is a powerful yet simple way of getting, changing and using data from a broad variety of sources, creating steps which may be easily repeated and refreshed. I strongly recommend learning how to use Power Query - it's among the most powerful functionalities of Excel.

    - Follow this link to learn how to install Power Query in Excel 2010 / 2013.

    - Follow this link for an introduction to Power Query functionality.

    - Follow this link for a video which demonstrates how to use Power Query code provided.

Re: Removing Values with No Data

Thank you for this! Looking at the code, it looks like it changed everything to an integer. Is the Unpivot part where it excludes those values with null?

Yes to both. However, you can delete the Change Type line if you wish.
