how to plot percentage range in excel?

Dear All
Good Morning

I have data like this from disease yield loss in plants

disease yield loss
EB 50% to 80%
LB 30% to 40%
RB 20% to 30%
SB 80% to 100%

i would like plot graph with above values to show like EB will cause yield in crop from 50% to 80% but in graph. Any ideas to make this type of graphs? any help in this regard would be highly appreciated

One way would be using a stacked column chart with the first series used to make the spanning value float.
