I am looking for advice on the best way to create dashboards for individual employees. These would be their personal compensation and incentive payments based on their performance monthly and quarterly. I am thinking of creating multiple tables that would calculate their performance and output in a graphical way, dashboard feel and look. This would be created for over 200 employees, PDFed and emailed out to them each month. I guess I am thinking how to best do this, do I create an individual sheet for each employee, it may be too much for excel? or do I just create a template, and create some kind of vba that would palce in their employee ID and refresh all data. But thinking that these would be all pivot tables or charts. can vba handle that....like have it place an employee ID and the pivot tables and charts refresh with the data. anyone have done this in their organziation and can offer advice. I am not sure even if I am giving you enough information for you to give me ideas but any help is appreciated, I am shooting in the dark at this time.
