Excel 365 bar chart: unable to vary bar colors for series and category order is reversed

Using Excel 365

Attached is a spreadsheet that shows the chart I am working with. I have two questions:
1) how can I make the bar colors vary for the data series "Dollars"?
2) how can I reorder the category "Region" to be in alpha order (see where the data is in alpha order, but on the chart it is in reverse alpha order)? The data to the left of the charts shows: Central, East, North, but the chart shows North, East Central.

For 1) rt click on the bar and select 'Fill Color'
2) Rt click on horizontal axis and select 'reverse data'

1) what I seem to be missing is the option to apply varying colors. I don't want to have to fill each bar manually. I am still not seeing an option to apply varying colors automatically.
2) I do not see "reverse data" when I right click the horizontal axis. Where is this? Also, when you reversed this it moved the axis labels to the top of the chart and they should remain at the bottom.

Here is where I made the changes: Seleted -> Categories in Reverse Order
Selected -> Horizontal axis crosses-> At Maximum Category

The colors though - all of the bars are still the same color. I want the bars to automatically vary the colors of each bar if that is possible.

I don’t know of an option for the system to individually assign different colors. I have always done that manually. Let us know if you find a way of doing so.
