Issue with Pivot picking the correct cell

Hi, I'm struggling with a pivot/formula and need some help please. I'm trying to get the rightmost cell (column F) to show the "Latest Valid Value", however, from the attached example screen-grab, you'll see that it doesn't do that right now. There's clearly something amiss with the formula.

Any help would be gratefully received.
