Do you mean that you want to plot the totals in row 14 against the dates in row 1 ?

I want three thing in the chart one is Month, second one is column A, and the third one is the total figures

No, not at all
so you want all the months with each category in col A on one single chart. but you want your chart to only pick the total of the month from the bottom anf not individual values of each category?

There is a link i.e. "Manage Attachments", click on it and attach OR you may also find this link "GO ADVANCED"

Look at the sheet3 i want to add PARTICULARS below the amount in the chart how do i do this, i am using office 2016

yes 11 particulars below the amount of each bar
or you want to display month names below the amount?
not possible. if you want all the 11 particulars and months and total to be under the bars then it will fetch the amount of each particular for every month as well not just the total.
if you see i have already put two things i.e. PERIOD AND AMOUNT and only PARTICULARS left so I think there may be a master person at this forum who can do this. although I am not so expert in chart but at least i did a little a bit.
