Chart in a Table

Hi, I was recently asked to preform a task in Microsoft Excel. Last thing to do was adding a "Table with a chart in it".
It should look like the one on a picture sdads.png I searched through the internet and couldn't find the instructions on how to do it.
Could you help me? Thanks in advance.

Select the cells (e.g. B2 to B5) then click on Conditional Formatting | Data Bars, then choose your colour (pink). Do the same for the next column (green).
