adjust scatterplot to contain only positive values for dynamic sheet

Apologies as I'm sure this has been asked and I cannot find the thread.

This attached worksheet automatically updates the values in 'Item Format' tab based on the value of 'UC Worksheet'!H3.

The scatter plot on 'Scatterplot Graph' is set to display the values as they are updated from 'Item Format.'

I am wondering how to adjust the scatterplot to omit any empty values and just consider the rows with an input.
