Do you want the "Number of Months" to be the months which had sales for each Pdt / Salesman combination? Or the total number of months in the dataset?
Are you still using Excel 2010, or a later version? If 2010 - do you have / can you install PowerPivot?

I want it to be divided by the number of months. In my case, it will be 3 since May, Jun and July. If i input Aug data, it will be 4 since May, June, July and AUg.
Yes, i do have powerpivot. So do you mean i should check the "add to data model" first when creating the Pivot Table?
Add your data table to the PowerPivot data model.
Add the following measure:
Now create your Pivot Table from the Data Model, and use that measure in the Values section.
