Want to change chart data range from Kg to stones

    Want to change chart data range from Kg to stones

    The bar chart looks good as it is showing Kg data from column F, but I would like the vertical axis to display stones In half stone increments ie. 11, 11.5, 12.
    If I use the data from column C (stones) it is close to what I want but the graph only jumps from one stone to the next with no points inbetween.
    Could I use the data from column E (total pounds) then use a formula to make the axis display as stones and half stones instead of pounds?
