Hiding Series for Total Values/Percentages

You included too much data when you built the chart. To "rescue" it do the following.

Right click on the chart and select Select Data. This will bring up a dialog box.

On the right side are the series. Select a series and select Edit. This will show the range of cells that the series contains. In your example it goes through row 10. Change the 10 to 9.

Do the same with the other two series.

You won't have to do anything with the X-Axis, but you can edit it too to be sure.

You now know how to "work under the hood" with charts. Sometimes they do need tweaking like this.
