Need help to create a graph that charts growth trends between months

I'm trying to create a graph that shows the upwards (or downwards) trends between each month. So I want to see a visual representation on the growth of say number of posts, number of accts following, etc. per month for each company.

I've attached my data below. It shows the metrics that I want to track for each company (in this case fruits) This one is for Instagram, and I have more for the other social media, in the same format.

Does anyone understand how I can achieve what I'm trying to do?
