How change vertical alignment of dates in horizontal axis of chart?

I created a sample worksheet to capture blood pressure readings (see attached). The chart is fine except the dates along the x-axis are displayed horizontally which causes them to get all "crunched up". How can I display the dates using a vertical alignment? (like the times)?
