Chart making from excel file with multiple answers per question

I would like to use some help in regards to below:

- I would like to use the results from the enclosed file to make a graph with the results.
However, multiple options are possible regarding this questions. As you can see, people answered 'Facebook' (1 answer) but also 'Facebook, Pinterest,Instagram' (multiple answers - all written in 1 cell)

How am I possible to get a graph with the numer of choices per social media? If I go for recommended graphs it says there is none available, as it sees 'Pinterest, Instagram, Facebook' as 1 result and not 3 choices.

I use Excel 2013 and hope you can help me

I will try it in that way. I do have an unique ID for each participant indeed.
