Same Column Values into 2 different columns in Pivot

    Hello everyone,

Can someone please guide me how can I apply a pivot to show same column values into separate columns in Pivot? I have sample sheet attached and required results also to show what i am trying to achieve. I want pivot to show Column G values by status column for only Exam & post Exam average. So for example. Pivot would show something like this.

    Column A = Visit Reasons
Column B = Exam Status values by average
Column C = Post Exam Status values by average

    I truly appreciate your help.

If I understand the request correctly then using the data on the Sample Data sheet:
    1. Drag Visit Reason into the Rows area
    2. Drag Status into the Columns area and select only Exam and Post Exam from the filter/sort button in cell K3
    3. Drag Cycle time into the Values area and set Summarize value field to Average
Let us know if you have any questions.
