Not sure why 2016 is not an option seeing as you are willing to pay for a 3rd party add-in.
For the Ultimate Dashboard Tools the payment page prefers PayPal but it also offers 5 credit/debit card choices.

Thank you for the respond. Ultimate Dashboard Tools site takes you straight away to PayPal site. I believe gif on bottom only represents what PayPal accepts as a form of payment not Ultimate Dashboard Tools .
I work for business which supports over 25k workstations and changing office for one workstation is against group policy(already tried to push this through).
