Your sample file does not contain any charts or any indication of what data you are trying to show on a chart. I also cannot tell what kind of chart you want to use.
I find that a lot of chart questions are often about arranging data in the spreadsheet. I find that it is easiest to create a chart when my category x axis data are in a contiguous range (usually in a column), with adjacent ranges (columns) containing the desired series Y value data. This help file (https://support.office.com/en-us/art...3-b3fd5d5680c2 ) with a basic overview of how to create charts, has several examples of how to arrange data in the spreadsheet. To create a chart from your data, I would expect to:
1) Identify the desired X (Year???) and Y values (???). If needed move/copy/link to data in existing tables to get the data table that the chart will need.
1a) Don't forget that sometimes the easiest way to do this for "database summary" type data is to make sure the raw data are in a good database arrangement and then use a pivot table to get the summary data.
2) Select the chart data and insert the desired chart type.
3) Format chart as desired.
Most of the work is in step 1, where most of what you want is least understood. How can we help you get the data you want for your chart?
