When refreshing my pivot my conditional format disappear

Hope some could have a look at this. Thanks for being here!

My conditional formatting in column "B" disappear when I refresh the pivot table. How can I get it to keep format.

I'm using Microsoft Excel 2016 MSO 32 bit. I was wondering if it could have anything to do with this: Home>Styles>Conditional Formatting>Manage Rules

Selected cells
All cells showing "XXXXXXX" values
All cells showing "XXXXXXX" values for "YYYYY" and "ZZZZZZ"

I'm missing or can't see this option in my excel version.

Hi,

Try deleting that rule, then select one cell with a Trend value and add a new rule. Do you then see the missing options?
