how to add percentage growth in excel chart bar

Hi
i need to know how to add percentage growth in excel chartdifference of sales.jpg
want to show the difference in sales between 2 years, it should show in the chart bar

I would probably do something with a "dummy" series and use the data labels for that dummy series. https://peltiertech.com/Excel/Charts/DummySeries.html You don't say what version of Excel you are using. If you are using 2010 or earlier, then you will want one of the add-ins Jon mentions in order to add the proper data labels. If you have 2013 or later, then this functionality is built into Excel, and you won't need a separate add-in to get the data labels. Are you familiar with these techniques, or do you need more detailed help?
