I cannot recreate the problem. When I create a stacked bar chart, I can reverse the categories without this effect. Can you upload a sample file that illustrates your problem or describe in detail how you created and formatted this chart? I don't think we will be able to help unless one of us can recreate the problem to see what is going on.
