Hi All

I am trying to do a Pivot table, and I am looking at conversion (Bookings divide by calls) however when I do the pivot table, it is pulling the average of an average.......Is there a way to insert a formula so that I can sum all the calls and sum all the bookings and then divide by each to get the average?
