How to create a month and Year-to-date column side by side in pivot table

Dear Pivot Experts,

I would like to create a pivot chart for monthly sales and year-to-date (cumulative) sales in one chart. I can't figure out how to get the pivot table. (see the outcome I want to achieve in the attached file).
