On this PivotChart, I cannot re-create my axis label. How do you get white lettering on a black background?
Also this PivotTable has a Filter for Condition. How do I get the Filter to show on the chart?

Hi,
You need to click on the chart itself and see two small Icons just to the right of the chart. Click on the Paint Brush Icon and scroll down to find Black with white letters.
Also, while clicked on the chart, above the normal Icons is a group called "Pivot Chart Tools". You need to click on these to learn more about formatting your chart.
You can also right click on the Chart and find in the dropdown "Format Chart Area" and "Pivot Table Options", which give a lot more formatting options.
To show filters, use the chart list box and right click on the Conditions and see a dropdown that says: "Show Report Filter Buttons on Chart"

Hello, Marvin P,
Thanks for your help but I am having trouble implementing your answer. When I click the paintbrush and scroll down, I cannot find white letters on a black background on a blue bar. There are all other sorts of combinations (black on blue bar, black on white bar) but no white on black on blue. I even clicked Design | Chart Styles, and it is not there, either. Now what can I do? For the filter, I could not find a chart list box. Where is it, exactly? Help!! Thanks.
Watch this from 2010 Excel for the filter

In 2016 click on the dropdown in the Filter List Box and find it near the bottom.
