Dynamic Charts

Greetings,
I have an excel model file which is attached. My file is constructed such way first row is my institute name. Then a table is formed. First column is my subject and 2nd column is my target. from 3rd column onwards I had given monthly progress. I have to create a dynamic chart such that when I am choosing ( filtering) the first column ( Type 1), a chart has be made as in "Chart 1). i.e data in column 2 as target straight line and column 3 to last as line chart. If I choose Type 2 the chart can can be replaced with Chart 1. Is it possible. If any near easy solution with data rearranging is also Ok for me.
