help with charts to show percent of a certain group and their answers

Hello, I am bad at excel and cant seem to figure out how to do this in a simple way,

Instead of the amount of people (1-2) that answered from each group on each answer
I want the amount of people from each group (data/developer, etc) to be showed in percentage of the total amount

Check picture for reference and understanding and then my example text below.

For example : Instead of Economics having 1 of the total 4 answers from this group I would like it to say 25 % on each
so 25 % of people from the economics group chose very complex and so on..

how do I do this?
