Month on Month for several destinations AND several months

Hi all experts

I'm having some trouble coming up with a visualization of the following data (attached).

I have several countries and I have april to dec 2016 and 2017.

I'm trying to figure out how to visualize this data without it being too cluttered.

The main idea is to see compare each country month on month, so apr 2016 vs apr 2017.

Trying to show how our countries have done compared to last year.

The cleanest way (that my small brain can think of) is to do each one separately and make sort of dashboard.

But I am hoping there must be a way to visualize this in 1 graph.

Thank you very much. But I would need it more in a static format. For my higher ups they would need to have it simple to visualize and able to put into PPT. But I do like the approach very much.

I was trying to think it through, but it might have to be combining the offices. So maybe do a graph for, japan korea, south asia, south east asia, taiwan, europe, china hk, and americas. Unless you can think of a way to combine them all? I'm not too familiar with bubble graphs and other more advanced techniques (im using 2010 excel) but if there was a better way to visualize then maybe I don't need to combine all offices? Still scratching my head.
