Count of SKU's

Hi All,
I need a help on the attached excel file where in i need to "count" SKUs as per specific condition. Pl see the file for details. Quick help will be highly appreciated.

I need a count. E.g 50 ml, Product type -S(Shampoo) runs on L-3 with a closure type of "Screw on" cap and is denoted by either "E" or "N", meaning this SKU is already Existing or it is New. So the solution i am looking for is to have a total count of "Screw on" SKUs comprised of all volume types (20 ml, 50 ml, 100 ml & so on....) on a particular line.
By this i would get "How many SKU's run on that line ?" under a specific closure type. So, if i need to swap or redistribute the SKU's based on their density on a a particular line, i should be able to do that.
I know it sounds a little confusing, but unfortunately this is the best way how i can explain this. This relates to a packaging line SKU loading analysis.
