Excel Chart - TimeLine

I am not certain what you want your final chart to look like. The first thing I did was select the horizontal axis -> format axis then see what the axis limits are set to. I notice that it is set to extend from 21 days to 42 days (a total elapsed time of 21 days), but the data appear to only extend over less than 2 days. I left the minimum to fixed at 21, then selected auto for the axis maximum. I also set the major unit to 0.125 (1/8th of a day or 3 hours) to better see how the data was spread out over those 2 days.

I don't expect that is all of what you are looking for, but it might help you see what the chart is charting and see how to adapt it to what you want. It also might help you explain to us in more detail exactly what you are looking for.

My intent is to put a timeline of 24 hours of only 1 day in X axis.

It appears that your current data span over about 2 days rather than just 1 day. It appears to me that, in order to compress it into one day, you will need to change the data/formulas in the spreadsheet in order to get the stacked bar/Gantt chart to fit within 1 day.
