Calculating and Charting Pace

Hi guys,

I sell "Things". I would like to use a PivotTable/Chart to look at my trend over time for cumulative sales pace for different "things". I have done some manual calculations using a regular table to create my sales pace for each thing. However, I cannot seem to figure out a good way to look at this in a PivotTable and get the numbers I am looking for.
