Need Help to Create (and Format) Complex Chart

I have a fairly complex chart I want to create, but don't know if it's even possible.

Below is a screen shot of the type of data I have, along with the three charts I'm basing my desired chart on:

This is what I'd really like to end up with:

If that can't be done, could it be done without the line chart section? That is, with the percentages displayed? Those percentages show the percent of the month of November that the total in that column represents.

I hope I've explained myself well enough, but if you have questions, I'd be happy to answer them. Mostly, I want to know if this is possible, and if it is, any direction would be helpful.
