Axis for Horizontal Stacked Bar Chart with multiple date

I am trying to create a horizontal Stacked Bar chart with multiple dates to show various stages of each project. I have created the chart that I want on attached excel but I can't get the x-axis to align and display correctly. Does anyone have a trick to display x-axis dates correctly?
