Having trouble trying to cross-tabulate multi-response question for pivot table

I am encountering problems in cross-tabulating multi-response question for pivot table.

For example, in this table, one of the question is on "How do you deal with stress?", and there are multiple responses ranging from column D to K, but I am unable to get all the data to be used in the pivot table. The pivot table only accepts data for column D, excluding the rest until column K. Is there any other way to represent the data so that the pivot table is able to capture everything?

Attached below is the excel file containing data that I am trying to cross-tabulated.

Pivot tables work best when the data upon which they are built is "normalized." This means that the "static" parts of the data are repeated.

The attached has a routine that reads the data as you have it and converts it into a normal form.
