Instead of posting data or pictures, it's usually better to attach a workbook to illustrate the issue. Most of us don't mind working on a solution, but with busy schedules tend to pass over requests where we first have to re-create the workbook and even then might not get it right.

Please attach a sample workbook with non-sensitive data. It will help us help you.

To attach a workbook, click on the Go Advanced button and navigate down to the Manage Attachment link - you should be able to follow the prompts and figure it our from there.
