    Sharing Data from Pivot Table-

Good morning, I was wondering if maybe you can direct me to an article or walk through?
I have a pivot table with 4 different areas. I wanted to create a shareable excel sheet connected to a pivot table. And so when I refresh the Pivot Table so would the information on the shareable excel sheet. Is this possible? If so, what would be my steps.

    Please any advise is priceless!

    Thanks a bunch!

    Hi thursday140,

You could have a VLOOKUP or other Formula that reads the Pivot table & this would update once the Pivot table is updated.

Can you post an example of your data?

    Cheers

Please see sample attached- I will be updating the table on a weekly basis with
new accounts. Essentially, I'm just looking to extract the data from the
table (input) and update the product sheets with new accounts using the
pre format I have layed out.

    Thank you,

Re: Sharing Data from Pivot Table-

    Hi,

Have a look at the attached.

I've checked that the source data is ina table that will expand or retract as the data changes.

This means the Pivot tables will also change to suit the data.

Then I created pivot tables on the other worksheets which should all update as they are a copy of the first pivot table.

Let me know if this is what you wanted.

    Cheers

I see that you have a version Ex 2010 so I suggest you use Power Query
