Get variance between Forecast and Actual using Pivot Table

Hello everyone -

How do I get the difference between forecast and actual in my report using pivot table? I tried "Difference From" but to no avail.

Also, I would like to put some conditional formatting (RAG status) in weekly total of each project. Is that possible?
