Excel Graph Popup menu flashing

Hi, I created a graph as attached. When I click on the chart the PopUp menu appears and flashes, this also happens in charts. This flashing only started recently, before today this did not happen.

It seems that something has changed with settings and I cannot find the cause, can anybody help resolve this flashing issue?

Your help would be greatly appricated.

It would help if you attached a sample Excel workbook.

To do this, click on Go Advanced (below the Edit Window) while you are composing a reply, then scroll down to and click on Manage Attachments and the Upload window will open. Click on Browse and navigate to (and double-click) the file icon that you want to attach, then click on Upload and Close this Window to return to the Edit window. When you have finished composing your post, click on Submit Post.

Thanks for replying.I have uploaded the file, I tried a copy on my wifes laptop and the popup menu dose not flash. Can it be something in the excel settings?

No flashing for me either, and I'm not really sure from your description what would be causing it on your machine.

Cheers Pete, I think I will do a complete uninstall & reinstall.
