I would like to get a sesitivity chart like this one

Are you familiar with area charts? I would expect that a simple stacked area chart would do this or maybe a stacked area + line combination.

As with a lot of charts, the hardest part is probably getting the data arranged in the spreadsheet. Something like:

Create a stacked area chart. format the 1st series so that it has no fill and a border. Format and adjust from there.
