How to add secondary horizontal axis?

I am using an XY scatter plot to chart conductivity (y-axis) vs. inverse temperature (x-axis), and I want to include non-inverse temperature as a secondary x-axis. Essentially I just need to add a secondary axis value/label to the x-axis. How can I achieve this? I am plotting multiple series if that is relevant. Thank you.

Without getting really fancy/involved/technical, you can only add a 2nd y-axis (vertical) , not a 2nd x-axis (horizontal)
