Weird Problem Rearranging Order of Columns in Pivot Table

I've been playing around with pivot tables and I'm having some issues rearranging the order of the columns in the pivot table.

I've attached an example with some dummy data here https://www.dropbox.com/s/oqryd4z3bq...List.xlsx?dl=0

In the example, I'd like to move it so the columns are in this order
Email -> Registered -> Deposit -> Bought

The problem is that the actual button to move the column is greyed out.

I would really appreciate some help to figure out why I can't rearrange it.

I opened your file, selected the column header, left mouse click, selected Move and they were not greyed out.

My last post, #3, should read "right mouse click" not "left mouse click".

I see the same issue with Mac Excel 2016, but you can simply drag the headers to wherever you want.
