Include a scroll chart for a dynamic graph

Hi everyone,
How can I add scroll bar to a dynamic chart.Below I am attaching the sheet here.The sheet1 data has the graph and the corressponding data is seen in sheet3.I want to add a scroll bar for graph in sheet1. The graph is dynamic.If we add the values the graph itself get updated.
