chart in excel

does anyone know how to create such a chart in excel?
I know how to create bar chart, but have no idea how to add those line between bars

You could use a series plotted as xy-scatter to draw lines

As a warning, this forum can get quite strict about rules such as having a specific, accurate title. I expect that almost every thread in the charting forum could be titled "chart in excel". I recommend that you come up with a more specific title to avoid getting your topic locked.
