charting survey responses

Hi.

I'm pretty well versed in Excel, but I am struggling with the following.
I have this data:

USER Question1 Question2 Question3
ABC Good Good Average
DEF Bad Good Good
GHI Good Good Average

What I try to produce is a stacked bar chart with the answers to the questions in the columns, coloured by answer (green=good, yellow=average, red= bad).
Is there a way to do it straight from the table or do I need to create a new table as follows:

Question Good Average Bad
1 2 0 1
2 3 0 0
3 1 2 0
